Today I would like to introduce you guys 

another amazing platform that will enhance your teaching quality 

The name of the platfor is EDMODO . 

Edmodo is a platform that enchance learning

 and teaching quality on education . It augments classroom learning

 for students and teachers from kindergarten to 12th grades and maybe more . 

Thanks to EDMODO you can give 

announcements ,questions ,tests ,assign assignments

 to your students . 

I especially like the feature of sharing the

 documents about the lessons .Students who couldn't

 join the lesson that time can still follow it through pdf that teacher  attached .

Review For Padlet

Hello everyone !!

Staying at home thanks to lockdown for Covid-19 it has been quite boring for me . 
Thefore I tried another  platform for teaching language using techonology . The name of this platform is PADLET . 

It is a platform that let you to work if its for classroom with classmates , or your teacher. You can use this platform through  collecting ideas, brainstorming, and more.

 If you dont want everyone to see your workings you can make them private . As it encourages creativity for both students and the language learners it is quite beneficial to use it .

Making Animation

In this blog I will be talking about the animation website and an application . The website I used is called as Animoto

.Although it doesnt have the ability to make 3d animations it is still usefull to use it for education .During using it I couldn't solve how to actually turn this from powerpoint presentation to animation but guidelines weren't enough helpful for this .

 The app that I used called toontastic which looked quite developed application for me at first but I also found the guidelines arent enough so it was hard to solve the application on our own .

PODCAST

      Every language learner in our society needs interesting and effective ways to understand the language .Every person , every group has their own perspective of language understandment . especially  young learners  whose needs double the adult’s needs .But why ? The  Reasons are actually very obvious .Less consantiration that children have along with  visual and audial material  requirement .Observed by  my own experience  with an young learner I will give 3 important starter pack  to make the lessons for appreaciable .

     First thing we should do is to give reasons for child to understand why she/he will learn the lesson .Try to find if child has any interest towards the language even without starting the lessons .For example does she/he like listening English songs etc . By giving those descriptions you will help answering the questions of child’s why am i learning this ?

     Second thing is to play with the language .By playing I certanly advice using puppets and making them talk .Be careful to not speak a lot and using hard vocabulary as this would decrease the consantration of the child

      Last thing to do is letting child answering briefly even if they only say Yes or No .What most teachers doing wrong is to expect full content and grammarly perfect sentences from students .Which decreases the student’s excitement toward language and scare them to say in their mind as they will thing teacher will critise or try to correct them to make full sentence.

With the new developmental tech world . Education methods also require some changes . Gistory is one the app I can say new approach to language teaching .Here my first Gistory book . What is different within this app is readers can choose their paths !!

Memrise , Dualingo , Busuu Reviews

Hey there !

Today I will inform you guys about mostly known applications or websites for language learners .

Respectively names of those apps are Memrise ,Dualingo , ,Busuu 



MEMRISE

Since the highschool I've been using memrise to improve my language skills .It is especially can be recommended  for  newly language learners .It helped me remembering the vocabularies especially for the university entrance exam . 

For young learners it can be fun to see how we get far away from the earth as learning new vocabularies etc . 

Memrise can be used both with android and pc /windows/IOS .Therefore you can even enjoy learning while having a bus trip   . 

Language diversity in Memrise is more developed compared to busuu .Especially someone like me who want to learn Korean as much as possible it was frustrating to not see Korean in busuu .

DUOLINGO 

Again my one of the favorite applications Duolingo .

If you want to learn language not only with vocabulary then duolingo is your cup .Memrise is better for vocabualary reinforcement however learning grammer etc is easier here to learn .

It  has activities ,drills and many more for you to discover . You can fill in blanks or solve tests .I advice you to have notebook with you while learning the grammer rules because all of them are on
point .

Busuu

Busuu is my newly discovered platform for language learning . I even purchased the premium packet of it 

.I bought it to learn chinese because I believe busuu is more grammer focused platform compared to others . 

It is true that ıt can teach the languages provided however it would be better ıf they have added more languages . It is also good when you buy the premium you can help or get help by the native speakers when reading or writing  some vocabularies ,sentences etc . 

Set your target language ,your level whether you are beginner or advanced ,set your alarm and learn some languages . It is as easy as this . 


Mondly 

Lastly I would like to write about mondly .It is quite similar to the other platforms I mentioned here .

However what attracted me is they started to build virtual reality into learning .
